Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product delivered is incorrect

Return Timeframe

  • You must request a return within 1 day of receiving the product
  • After this period, returns will not be accepted

Return Process

  1. Contact us via phone or email within 24 hours
  2. Provide:
    • Order details
    • Proof (photos/videos of damage or wrong product)
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

Refund Policy

  • Refund will be processed only after we receive and inspect the product
  • Refund will be issued via:
    • Bank transfer / UPI (depending on original payment method)

Non-Returnable Cases

  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Installation-related damages after delivery
  • Change of mind
