RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At V-Tech CCTV Camera, we aim to provide quality products and services. However, returns are accepted under specific conditions.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged
- The product delivered is incorrect
Return Timeframe
- You must request a return within 1 day of receiving the product
- After this period, returns will not be accepted
Return Process
- Contact us via phone or email within 24 hours
- Provide:
- Order details
- Proof (photos/videos of damage or wrong product)
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided
Refund Policy
- Refund will be processed only after we receive and inspect the product
- Refund will be issued via:
- Bank transfer / UPI (depending on original payment method)
Non-Returnable Cases
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Installation-related damages after delivery
- Change of mind
